Located in a tranquil courtyard, with its own private entrance, the COTTAGE provides peaceful respite from the rigours of daily life, yet it is just ten minutes by car to the National Exhibition Centre and Birmingham International Airport, and four minutes walk from the regular local train service to Birmingham International and the NEC.

 Recently converted, the COTTAGE and the main house date back to the 17th century, and they are full of character with many original beams.The COTTAGE has separate access from a driveway through a pedestrian gate into the walled courtyard.

 

The accommodation comprises a ground floor with a large double bedroom with built in wardrobe, television and DVD player, an en suite shower room and a galley kitchen with kettle, combination microwave, fridge and hob. There is also an iron and mini ironing board.
On the first floor there is a bright and spacious sitting/dining room, with television and internet access. There is also space to incorporate a single bed if required.
The Cottage has full central heating.

The Cottage is just 4 minutes walk from Berkswell railway station which has regular trains to the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) and Birmingham.
The NEC and Birmingham International Airport are both just a 10 minute drive away. 
Motorways M42 Junction 6 is only a 10 minute drive with easy links to the M6 and M40.

There is easy parking for one vehicle on the gated driveway.
 
The Cottage is located in Balsall Common, which is a large village offering many excellent facilities including pubs, restaurants, supermarket. deli, take-aways etc all within a few minutes walking distance..
