The COTTAGE is a recently converted barn at the rear of 248 Station Road which has created a luxury self-contained apartment within a secluded and tranquil courtyard setting.
Full of character with many original beams and centuries of history, the accommodation has separate access from the driveway through a gate into the walled courtyard.
The facilities on two levels comprise:
On the ground floor one spacious double bedroom with ensuite shower room, TV / DVD, Radio, Wardrobe, Internet connection.
Fitted galley kitchen with kettle, combination microwave, fridge and hob.
There is also an iron and mini ironing board
Spacious sitting/dining room on the first floor, TV and Radio HiFi, Internet connection with space to incorporate a single bed if required.

The Cottage is just 4 minutes walk from Berkswell railway station which has regular trains to the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) and Birmingham.
The NEC and Birmingham International Airport are both just a 10 minute drive away.
Motorways M42 Junction 6 is only a 10 minute drive with easy links to the M6 and M40.

There is easy parking for one vehicle on the gated driveway.
The Cottage is located in Balsall Common, which is a large village offering many excellent facilitiest including pubs, restaurants, supermarket. deli, take-aways etc all within a few minutes walking distance.

All bed linen and towels provided.
Note: The Cottage will only be serviced (change of towels, linen and room cleaned) if your stay is 7 nights or more. Please request if you require chnage of towels/linen during your stay. Extra charge applies.
